KRALJEVICH TAKES THE GRAND TOUR OF EUROPE
In other vacation news, John Kraljevich writes:
I just got back from a bibliophilic/numismatic tour
of a piece of Europe, including a book fair in Amsterdam, a book and paper
show in Paris, and a quiet appointment with Alexandre Vattemare's U.S.
collection at the Bibliotheque Nationale. It was a really, really fun
time. Now that's my idea of another fun holiday! I'm sure we can
look forward to gleanings from John's research in his upcoming writings.
The Vattemare collection could be a real treat. I wasn't the winner of the
lot of Vattemare-related material in David Fanning's last sale, but would
love to report more on it here in the E-Sylum. He's my favorite
ventriloquist-numismatist! -Editor
