A link in the Coin Update newsletter led me to this eBay offering which left me scratching my head. I've never seen such a thing. There are plenty of rare items I've never seen, but that doesn't mean this item is rare (or real). Some things about it just don't ring true, such as "Property U.S. Government Mint." What do our readers think?
