Saul writes:The collection has nice Rosa Americana colonials including 3 1717 prepatent pennies, not noted when Hodder cataloged the Ford sale and the 1733 post patent proof including a steel obverse splasher, nice early copper and silver, some territorial gold including a Wass Molitor $50 and a couple of nice US gold coins highlighted by a 1796 with stars quarter eagle and an 1869-S half eagle that looks to be the finest known.
