A WEST COAST NUMISMATIC LIBRARY

Speaking of hideouts, the man-cave of a true bibliophile is his library. A West Coast collector submitted several photos, and I've created an album on our Flickr photo archive. Nice! -Editor

Our contributor adds:

You will see in some of the photos that I had four display cases built in. They provide for a secure way to show coins to guests. The inside dimensions are the same as the cases the ANA uses at the spring and summer shows.

You stole my dream! I always wished for a library with cases where I could practice layouts for exhibits and display some treasures for visitors. In my fantasy, the cases are in drawers that slide away into a locked hiding place. -Editor
