SWEDISH EURO HOLDOUT

  a majority of the British population do not want to join
  the Euro and throw away independence of financial
  control."

  Bill Swoger writes: "A note about another "holdout":
  Great Britain didn't accept the "new" calendar until
  1752.  Therefore, 1752 was the shortest year in
  U.S. history."
