CORRECTION: CHARLES I BEHEADED IN 1649

  Responding to last week's items by Florence Prusmack's on 
  Isaac Newton, Bob Lyall writes: "Charles I was not beheaded 
  in 1630, it was January 1648/9 (1648 old style, 1649 by our
  calendar)."
