The E-Sylum: Volume 8, Number 10, March 6, 2005, Article 20 NEWSPAPERS AS NUMISMATIC LITERATURE Dan Gosling forwarded a set of inquiries on several topics. We published the first four previously. Here's item #5: "Should newspapers form an important role in a reference library? How should they be stored or housed and what precautions should be taken to preserve the contents? Is binding the best method to preserve them or is it acceptable to simply stack them up. Is it better to place them in standard size or specially made cardboard boxes? I would appreciate any ideas on how best to acquire missing issues." Wayne Homren, Editor The Numismatic Bibliomania Society is a non-profit organization promoting numismatic literature.
