Atlanta "Cobb Galleria" Convention. Richard Mantia from Mastro Auctions
and Dennis Tucker from Whitman Publishing Company are standing in front of
the special "Unique Red Book in Braille" exhibit, courtesy of the Richard
Mantia Family. Quoting information from the exhibit, "Davyd Pepito, a blind 17-year old coin collector in California was in need of A Guide Book of United States Coins (the "Red Book") in Braille. The nonprofit group Uncap International took on the challenge and produced a nine-volume Braille edition of the 1969 Red Book."
