MYSTERIOUS CHINA CREAM PITCHER CIPHER DECIPHERED

Kay O. Freeman writes:

New England Order of Protection medals It is associated with New England Order of Protection (NEOP). Their motto was "Equity, Benevolence and Charity." Thus, that is what "EBC" monogram stands for. NEOP started November 11, 1887 and Supreme Lodge was in Boston.

The depth and breadth of E-Sylum reader knowledge never ceases to amaze me. Thanks! -Editor

Anne writes:

"Trust Kay to come up with the answer!!! This made my day much much better. Kay, you really are a marvel."
