I'm no farmer, but the COW MEDAL you featured last week seems to have a BULL on the obverse, and a COW on the reverse.
But, I do think the two-cow mistake was udderly understandable.
I also agree that this design presents a good use of enameling.
I suppose I could have headlined this item "CATTLE MEDALLIST", but the word "COW" is much funnier. But not as funny as these responses.
