A FAKE STAR NOTE

Was the seller stupid, or just counting on stupid customers? I thought I'd seen it all when I ran into this image of a yellow seal Silver Certificate with a star added in the wrong place. The image is from 2006. -Editor

Haha. I thought this was funny. Looks like someone tried to stencil in a star (in the wrong place as well, since it takes the place of the first block letter). Then they smeared it.
