NBS EVENTS AT THE 2015 ANA CONVENTION

Numismatic Bibliomania Society President Marc Ricard forwarded the following schedule of NBS events at the upcoming ANA World's Fair of Money near Chicago (August. 11-15, 2015, Donald E. Stephens Convention Center Rosemont, Illinois) . More details to come in future issues. -Editor

Thurs., August 13, 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, NBS Symposium, Room 22
Thurs., August 13, 1:00 to 2:30 pm, NBS Board Meeting, Room 24
Friday, August 14, 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, NBS General Meeting, Room 5

Also, bibliophiles and friends of the late numismatic literature dealer John Burns are invited to a dedication ceremony at 3PM Thursday August 13th for the John Burns Memorial Reference Library, a reference collection being made available to conventiongoers by the Pennsylvania Association of Numismatists. The event will take place at the library, booth #1959 on the Club Midway. -Editor

The Board Meeting is open to the public, and NBS members are welcome to attend and contribute their ideas and perspective on our organization. The General Meeting will feature our annual Numismatic Literature Auction, featuring several rarities and interesting works for reasonable prices.

Also, NBS is in need of a replacement for David Sundman as Treasurer. Any interested individual should contact me at mcricard@yahoo.com.

Dave has done a fantastic job in the Treasurer's position over several years. Who would you recommend for the role? Would you step up yourself to give back to a great organization that needs your help? Please send nominations and expressions of interest to Marc, and he and Dave can provide more specifics.
