Numismatic research historian Roger W. Burdette is currently examining the private pattern coins and related pieces made by International Nickel Company (Inco) in 1964-65. As part of this research
he requests the assistance of any collectors who might own or know of the whereabouts of Inco pieces similar to the following images:
This includes metal discs approximately the diameter and thickness of a U.S. quarter having engraved numbers and letters similar to the 18% Nickel Silver piece illustrated.
Arrangements can be made to travel to examine significant collections. Collectors with interesting Inco items can contact Mr. Burdette at "accurateye@aol.com."
