More than 60 residents of Quinte, Ont. were awarded with a Canada 150 commemorative medal during at a ceremony held in Belleville last month.
Commissioned and presented by Bay of Quinte MP Neil Ellis, the Canada 150 medals were awarded to any constituent of the riding who “demonstrated a high level of individual excellence and
achievement in any field benefiting the people of the Bay of Quinte Riding.” It was awarded to recognize individual achievements as well as entire bodies of work
