QUERY: EXPORT-IMPORT BANK CERTIFICATEXris Thomas began reading The E-Sylum six months ago and has a question for our readers. Can anyone help? -Editor  I'm trying to find information on this "debenture" stock certificate for a friend of mine, and I'm having a dickens of a time doing so. It's possible they were never made as it does state "specimen" towards the top, but the dates and notes handwritten above lead me to believe otherwise and that an act was possibly passed to make them a reality?
