Papal States. Eugenius IV bronze "Coronation" Medal ND (1431-1447) MS62 Brown NGC, Modesti-18, Mazio-5. 41mm. By Paladino. Bust with tiara facing left // View of the Coronation, pope enthroned being crowned with papal tiara by two cardinals, cardinals and deacons around.

"Louis XV" Uniface terracotta Medallion 1770 UNC, 130mm diameter. High relief terracotta portrait bust of Louis XV by Italian medalist, Jean Baptiste Nini (1717-1786). Depicting a laureate bust left of the king, with legend LOUIS XV PAR LA GRACE DE DIEU ROY TRES CHRETIEN / MDCCLXX / J.B. NINI F. in truncation. A similar design with different legends is currently on view at the Met, object number 52.189.10.

Imperial eagle surrounded by five angels in clouds, holding two rows of coats of arms, the Arms of France and Sweden on top row, the Arms of the eight electors on bottom row, all above a city view of Nuremburg, DURCH DIESER GOTTER FRIED UND EINIKEIT IST ALLE CHRISTE WELT SEHR HOCH ERFRUET; FRIEDGEMACH / M.D.CIL. / SD in exergue. XRF Scan: 85% Copper. A Medal with the same reverse currently resides in the V&A Collection, accession number 1456-1882.

"Judeo-Christian Kabbalistic" Amulet ND (c. 17th-19th Century) Fine, 36mm. 10.36gm. Not encapsulated by NGC due to ineligible type. Representatives of this type are found in the Jewish Museum of London (no. 618 in their Catalog of Permanent and Loan Collections), the University of Manchester (Gaster Amulet 55F) and the British Museum (no. OA.1369). Pentagon with head of Christ at center, accompanied by names, epithets, and biblical verses // a 12-box square with names of the four Archangels and permutations of the Tetragrammaton. XRF Scan: 63% Cu / 23% Zn / 8% Pb.
