Workman's Books is pleased to present its ninth sale, featuring a substantial and carefully curated selection of literary material and related media focused on Spanish and Spanish American, Mexican, United States, Canadian, British, Ancient, and World numismatics, as well as banks and banking history, diving, undersea exploration and salvage, buried and sunken treasure, metal detecting, treasure hunting, underwater archaeology, privateers, buccaneers and piracy. The auction includes a number of rare and desirable works bearing author signatures or inscriptions, with notable names such as David Q Bowers, Capt. Michael Hatcher, Robert Marx, Roland Morris, Russell Rulau, Edward Rowe Snow and David Stick represented. This single-session sale will begin closing at 10:00 AM EST on November 1, 2026, and will offer 850 lots, including rare, vintage, and out-of-print books, post-auction sale catalogs, magazines and journals, postcards, and vintage media formats such as VHS tapes and DVDs.
