This important work is a meticulous census of all specimens known to Jack Collins at the time of his death in 1996, accompanied by a history of the dollar written by Walter Breen. Copies will be produced on a high quality laser printer, will feature enlargements of nearly all of the coins described, and will be spiral-bound in plasticized card covers. The edition will be strictly limited to the number of orders received by November 1, 2007. Copies may be obtained by sending $65.00 to Kolbe (postpaid in the United States, California residents add $5.04 sales tax)."
